I start having a lively discussion with the men in the bar and they explain that they all lost their jobs a few years ago because a papermill closed down.
They said that the factory however was gonna be reopened shortly. When I asked why to looked surprised about my question and could not answer.
The closing and potential reopening of their plant was a deux ex magina....
